The first step of the application process is to download and complete the application packet, application- arson check, application- NYS Department of Motor Vehicles and return it with a copy of your Drivers License (Both Sides) to the Membership Committee. You can do this either in person or by mail. (Checks payable to: Farmington Volunteer Fire Association).

Once the application has been received, it will be reviewed by the Membership Committee, and a background check will begin. You will then be contacted to set up an appointment for an interview. At the interview, further instructions will come.
